How to confirm a Manta bridge reached your wallet

A bridge marked complete is only the first check: verify the destination transaction and wallet address on Manta Pacific, then confirm the asset balance.

How to confirm a Manta bridge reached your wallet

To confirm a Manta bridge transfer reached your wallet, check the destination transaction and balance on the network that received it. A successful status on the sending chain shows that the transfer began; it does not always show that the receiving wallet has been credited. The route matters too: different bridges can use different steps and status pages. This guide to choosing a Manta bridge route covers that choice in more detail.

Where do I check the destination transaction?

For a transfer to Manta Pacific, search the destination transaction hash in the Manta Pacific block explorer. A block explorer is a public record of on-chain activity. Manta Pacific’s mainnet has chain ID 169, which helps distinguish it from other networks. The receiving transaction should show a successful status and the wallet address you intended to use.

Some bridge pages show a separate destination transaction hash or a step-by-step history. Use that hash if provided. The original hash belongs to the sending chain and may not appear in Manta Pacific’s explorer. For a transfer back to Ethereum, check the Ethereum transaction and any bridge steps still required there.

How can I tell the funds went to my wallet?

Compare the destination address in the transaction details with the address in your wallet. EVM wallets use the same address format across networks, but the network and its balances are separate. Confirm you are viewing Manta Pacific, then check the asset balance. A transaction can succeed while the token list in your wallet still needs refreshing.

  • Successful status: The destination transaction is confirmed, not pending or failed.
  • Correct recipient: The destination address matches your wallet address.
  • Correct asset: The token and amount match the transfer, accounting for any displayed fees.
  • Visible balance: The asset appears in the wallet on the destination network.

If the transaction shows the right token transfer and recipient but the balance is not visible, the wallet may not display that token automatically. Check the token contract address against a trusted source before adding it. A token name or symbol alone is not enough to identify an asset.

What if the bridge says complete but I see no funds?

First, check which step the bridge calls complete. On a transfer between chains, the sending transaction and the receiving credit are separate events. Look for a destination hash in the bridge history, then search it on the destination explorer. If there is no destination hash yet, the transfer may still be processing.

Check that the route, destination network and wallet address match what you selected. Keep both transaction hashes and the bridge status if you contact the bridge’s support through its verified site. Never share a recovery phrase or private key to investigate a transfer.

Watch for the destination transaction to confirm and the balance to appear on the intended network. Those checks together are stronger evidence of receipt than a “complete” label by itself.
